Paul Denny Conveyancing has a wealth of experience in conveyancing, opening its first office in Lane Cove in 1993. Over the last 20 years, we have helped over 20,000 people across NSW through the legal process of buying and selling property.

Over my 35 years of conveyancing, I have come to the realisation that although our role as conveyancers is fundamental to the seamless transition between buying and selling property, it is not our clients primary concern. Of course, people expect all the proper legal checks and processes to be given compete attention, but this is not their main concern. Whilst not ignoring all the legal formalities, we clearly understand that our job is not to make the process more complex than it need be.

We appreciate that we are only one element involved in the sale or purchase of property. We value the role of other organisations involved in the process and actively liaise with the real estate agent, building and strata inspectors, lenders and mortgage brokers and keep them all informed throughout the process.

We strive to excel in every area of our business, continually listening to our clients expectations as we find better ways to satisfy those needs. We regularly review our systems and processes. We also utilise state of the art technology to manage the numerous conveyancing steps involved in the sale or purchase of property and to enhance our customer service.
