Over my 35 years of conveyancing, I have come to the realisation that although our role as conveyancers is fundamental to the seamless transition between buying and selling property, it is not our clients primary concern. Of course, people expect all the proper legal checks and processes to be given compete attention, but this is not their main concern. Whilst not ignoring all the legal formalities, we clearly understand that our job is not to make the process more complex than it need be.
We appreciate that we are only one element involved in the sale or purchase of property. We value the role of other organisations involved in the process and actively liaise with the real estate agent, building and strata inspectors, lenders and mortgage brokers and keep them all informed throughout the process.
