Are your fees fixed?
Before we do any work for you we will provide you with a Fee Disclosure Statement that sets out our professional fee and an estimate of the disbursements that will be incurred for your transaction.
Our professional fee covers our service from engagement to settlement and includes the resolution of minor issues in the process. There is no limit on the number of times you may contact us or queries you may have.
We regularly update and review the estimated disbursements to ensure our disclosure is accurate as possible.
In almost all cases, the estimated fees shown on the Fee Disclosure are what you will pay for your transaction.
There are sometimes negotiations or disputes that arise which may require additional attention outside the scope of the normal conveyancing process. Additional fees & disbursements may apply in those circumstances and our Fee Disclosure provides an indication of what this work might entail and the cost.

Plans are per workspace, not per account. You can upgrade one workspace, and still have any number of free workspaces.
