Buying Property

The first step in the process is obtaining a copy of the Contract from the Agent or the Vendor. We will review the Contract, free of charge, and advise you on the conditions of the agreement, alert you of any dangers and even negotiate changes for your benefit.

We can also assist you in obtaining the necessary inspection reports.

Once you have your finance arrangements in place, the next step is to 'exchange' contracts. This is when you and the Vendor become 'bound' to complete the transaction.

From exchange to settlement, we will guide you through the legal process, let you know what you need to do and when it needs to be done. We will liaise with the Real Estate Agent, the vendor's conveyancer and your lender to make arrangements for settlement.

Our services continue after settlement. We will obtain a copy of your new title to ensure that your name has been registered correctly with the Department of Lands.

We will take you from successful offer, to a successful exchange and finally to a successful settlement!
