In my 32 years of conveyancing experience, I have come to the realisation that although our role as conveyancers is fundamental to the seamless transition between buying and selling property, it is not our clients primary concern. Of course, our clients expect that all of the proper legal checks and processes are assiduously attended to... but this is not their chief consideration.

In the same way that when a person purchases a prestige motor vehicle. They do not want to know about the complex manufacturing processes that go into putting together an exquisite final product. There is an expectation that every component is of the highest specification and put together with meticulous attention. Similarly with the legal processes involved in the sale or purchase of a property. Whilst not ignoring all the legal formalities, we clearly understand that our job is not to make the process more complex than it need be.

At Paul Denny Conveyancing we understand that our main focus is to ensure that all the little details are taken care of in good time to ensure that, on settlement day when everything comes together, our part is a 'seamless' process in the background. We appreciate that we are only one element involved in the sale or purchase of property. We value the role of other organisations involved in the process and actively liaise with the real estate agent, building and strata inspectors, lenders and mortgage brokers and keep them all informed throughout the process.
