My partner works in real estate sales and deals with Paul Denny on a regular basis, so when we were purchasing our own home he said we didn't need a lawyer, that Paul Denny would be able handle the Conveyancing for us. He was right! Kerrie at Paul Denny was excellent, guiding us through the whole process. Kerrie negotiated a few points on the contract for us, also knowing what to look for on the Strata Report. We had a 42 day settlement and with a week to go we had to bring settlement forward a day, Kerrie was onto it and had it organised with all parties the same day we made the request. We were also reminded about pre-settlement inspection, changing the locks after we moved and during the whole process an overall comfort of knowing that everything was under control.
