About Paul Denny Conveyancing
October 2010 - OCF / Sydney Swans Vietnam Cycling Challenge
In October Paul will be participating in a 500km bike ride through the mountain area of northern Vietnam! This will be a fully supported event with back-up vehicles, meals and accommodation – to support the Oncology Childrens Foundation.
When OCF was established (in 1993) something like 700 Australian kids were diagnosed with a form of cancer each year. Virtually all of them died! Because of the medical research supported by OCF now 500 of these kids survive. But there are still 200 a year that do not. OCF is funding some promising medical developments on the immediate horizon which will help these kids.
You can learn more about OCF here.
Although it is not what one would describe as “extreme” event it certainly will be very challenging for Paul. Click here for details of the challenge.
Paul will do whatever he can to support OCF. This will be in the back of his mind for every single one of those 500 km. He is aiming to raise $20,000.00!
To sponsor this event you can access the sponsorship page here.
Paul Denny has been conveyancing since 1978.
Now that's a long time conveyancing! In fact, Paul was the first licensed conveyancer in Sydney. Paul has established a team of enthusiastic and dedicated licensed conveyancers with conveyancing offices located in Lane Cove, Gladesville and Turramurra.
When you use Paul Denny Conveyancing the first consultation is free (save $150). During that first meeting we will advise you on all aspects of the conveyancing process and the proposed contract.
Paul Denny Conveyancing holds an unrestricted conveyancing license (Corporate Licence 1433003) which permits us to handle a comprehensive range of property transactions. We are fully qualified and highly experienced and this protects your interests.
Economical
Conveyancing is all we do and the volume of work that we handle creates efficiencies which keep costs at a realistic level.
Our fully computerised administration system means we can access information rapidly, further enhancing our efficiency and ensuring fast response to your needs.
We are Real People
We recognise that the paperwork is not your only important consideration. You need to know what's happening at any time and feel comfortable with the people who are looking after your interests. Our commitment is to make the complete transaction as smooth as possible by keeping you informed every step of the way.
So why use a Conveyancer?
When you buy or sell property you are probably undertaking one of the biggest financial transactions or your life. Because of the complex and comprehensive legal requirements of these transactions the financial consequences of a mistake or an oversight can be devastating.
You need to be sure that your affairs are in the hands of a professional, who's experience and expertise will protect you. In the past only solicitors were authorised to perform work of this nature.
Now, however, there is a better alternative. A licensed conveyancer is a specialist professional who is required to have completed a prescribed course of study. One such course at Macquarie University requires a minimum of 2 years full time study. And, because a licensed conveyancer specialises only in conveyancing and is handling many transactions at any time, prices can be kept at more realistic levels.
Remember, a Licensed Conveyancer:
- Has been required to demonstrate a detailed knowledge of the law relating to property transactions,
- Is required to carry professional indemnity and fidelity insurance,
- Is qualified and equipped to see your transaction through to hassle-free completion,
- Will not be distracted by other legal matters which often take up many days.
